SLN Travels offers taxi rental services, including local and outstation travel. Our services are subject to availability and operational feasibility.

2. Booking and Payment

• Customers must provide accurate information while booking. Any discrepancies may lead to cancellation.

• Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

• Payments can be made through online transfers, UPI, or other modes as specified on our website.

• Any additional charges, such as tolls, parking fees, or state taxes, must be borne by the customer unless explicitly mentioned in the booking.

• For security reasons, SLN Travels may require customers to provide valid identity and address proof before confirming a booking.

• Acceptable IDs include Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driver’s License.

• Failure to provide valid identification may result in cancellation without a refund.

• No refund will be provided in case of cancellation from the customer’s end.

• In case of cancellation due to unforeseen operational reasons from SLN Travels’ side, a full refund may be issued at the company’s discretion.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Customers must ensure timely arrival at the pickup point. Delays beyond 30 minutes may attract waiting charges.

• Passengers are responsible for their belongings. SLN Travels is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.

• SLN Travels reserves the right to allocate drivers and vehicles based on availability.

• Customers are not permitted to request specific drivers or vehicles unless stated in the booking confirmation.

• Passengers must treat drivers with respect and refrain from any abusive or illegal behavior.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

• Non-compliance may lead to immediate termination of the ride without a refund.

• SLN Travels is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, mechanical failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride and does not extend to indirect damages.

• SLN Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
